At RR Dream Art, every artwork is handcrafted with precision, heritage embroidery techniques, and intricate detailing. Because our artworks are carefully made and often customized or produced in limited editions, we maintain a strict Return and Refund Policy to preserve the integrity of our creations. By placing an order with RR Dream Art, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
 


No Returns or Refunds for Custom or Made-to-Order Artworks
 

  1. All artworks sold by RR Dream Art are handcrafted and made with extensive manual craftsmanship. Many pieces are also created according to specific size, design, or customization requests.
     

  2. Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our artworks, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
     

  3. Customers are advised to carefully review all product details including artwork size, design, specifications, and pricing before completing the purchase.
     

  4. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except under the circumstances outlined in the shipping damage policy below.

 


Returns for Shipping-Related Damage

While we take extensive precautions to ensure secure packaging and safe delivery, in rare cases damage may occur during transit. In such situations, RR Dream Art will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
 

  • Eligibility for Damage Claims
     

  1. The return or repair request is only valid if the damage occurred during transportation.
     

  2. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
     

  3. Clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged packaging and artwork must be provided for verification.
     

  4. Claims submitted after the specified time period may not be eligible for review.

 


Resolution Process for Damaged Artworks
 

  1. Once the damage claim is verified, our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
     

  2. Depending on the condition of the artwork, we may offer one of the following solutions:
     

• Repair of the artwork

• Replacement of the artwork (if possible)

• Recreation of the artwork in rare cases where damage is significant
 

  1. RR Dream Art will coordinate the return of the damaged artwork if required.
     

  2. Once the artwork is received and inspected, the repair or recreation process will begin
    .

  3. The updated artwork will then be carefully repackaged and shipped back to the customer.

 
 

Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted
 
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Minor variations in color due to screen display differences

  • Slight variations inherent to handmade craftsmanship

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control

Each RR Dream Art piece is handcrafted, which means small variations in detailing or texture are part of the artistic character of the artwork and should not be considered defects.
 

Order Cancellation
 

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once the artwork production process has started.

  2. In rare situations where cancellation is requested before production begins, approval may be granted at the discretion of RR Dream Art.

  3. Approved cancellations may incur administrative or processing charges depending on the stage of order preparation.
